It has long been established that The Widdler is a ridiculous producer who very rarely puts a foot wrong, and ‘Walking My Dog’ is a fine example of why he’s such a genius. The main sample here, by itself, sounds as dry as a bone (dog theme), but after a little widdling it seems to be as catchy as a bag of sun rays. It’s just so jaunty and cheerful. I wish there was more dubstep which made me feel happy inside, instead of making me want to break spines and quaff blood…which I never do.
I don’t have a dog, but if I did, I’d have this on my iPod when I walked it. For now, I’ll have to make do with this god damn yo-yo. Yomega, independent four clutch system, you can sleep this baby for ages.
