Kendrick Lamar – Swimming Pool (Drank)
If somebody asks me what I did yesterday I will, of course, tell them that I worked hard and endeavoured to achieve my life goals. What I actually did was listen to this over and over and over again. From his forthcoming album good kid, m.A.A.d city Kendrick Lamar’s “Swimming Pool (Drank)” has poignant undertones critiquing the party lifestyle and, from my experience, is more addictive than pringles laced with heroin (don’t try it at home kids). Fans of Kid Cudi may enjoy this, but that’s just my opinion. I know how people don’t like some “fucking hipster blogger chucklefuck” telling them what they might like, but this time I think I’m right. I once told a Lil’ Jon fan that he might like a looped velociraptor scream and for some reason he got all offended. Weird.
